Multi-phase initiative designed to support the Japan-based Leadership Team of a European automotive company to build a healthy & collaborative organisational culture where diversity is fully appreciated and included.

Focus was on building mutual understanding, trust and creating a healthy and inclusive team culture across all functions and levels of the organisation.

Around 50 members (German, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Jordanian) with a combination of virtual and in-person sessions delivered in English for the leadership team and bilingually in Japanese & English for the staff sessions.
