キャンセル・返金について / Cancellation and Refund Policy
開催2週間前を過ぎてからのお申込みキャンセルおよび返金は、原則としてお受けしておりません。（キャンセルされた場合でも、システム利用手数料が発生する場合がございます。）
ただし、主催者の都合によりイベントが中止となった場合は、全額を返金いたします。（自然災害など、やむを得ない事情により開催が困難な場合は、返金をいたしかねる場合がございます。）

Cancellations and refund requests made within two weeks of the event date are generally not accepted. (Please note that system processing fees may apply even in the case of cancellation.)

A full refund will be provided if the event is cancelled due to the organizer’s circumstances. (In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, refunds may not be possible.)

Registration will close once the maximum number of participants or sales deadline is reached.
