Originally from the UK, Nicola has lived in Japan for nearly 30 years, with a career spanning positions in the Japanese government, NTT Docomo, and senior management positions at the cybersecurity & online protection giant McAfee. Nicola has practical experience of international standards negotiations, cross-cultural team management and driving business growth and organizational transformative initiatives at C-suite level. She currently runs her own Japan market entry and cyber advisory. She is a graduate of the Advanced Management & Leadership Programme, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds an MBA and BSc. She is highly proficient in Japanese and loves exploring the many islands of Japan.
