Building Resilience

Client: Luxury Hotel Group, headquartered in the US

Resilience workshop created at the General Manager’s request for a luxury hotel group in Tokyo.

Focus on understanding own triggers of and reactions to stress, how to recognize the signs of stress in yourself and others, and how to build resilience at an individual, team and organisational level.

135 participants overall, covered in 3 separate in-person sessions. Session 1 was for the General Manager, Directors, and all department & associate department heads. Sessions 2 & 3 were for Supervisors. Delivered by a team of 3 facilitators, mainly in Japanese with English support (live simultaneous translation) for members who did not understand Japanese. Bilingual materials.
