Large-scale capacity-building program for a rapidly-growing and globalizing e-commerce organization. Purpose was to build managers’ ability to lead effectively in culturally diverse environments as the company brought in more international and mid-career hires.

Mandatory attendance for all mid~senior level managers, delivered as monthly 1-day workshops with over 2500 participants covered over a period of 7 years (2017~2024).

Experiential, highly interactive program focused on transforming mindsets and behaviours on key areas such as Trust, Communication, Leadership, and Conflict.

Bespoke materials including client’s own case studies, (created by GP), and bilingual English / Japanese delivery for all sessions.
