GP 10th Anniversary Celebration – Event Report

On Friday, December 5th, we welcomed our friends, colleagues, partners and collaborators to celebrate GP’s 10th anniversary.

Having so many members of our community come together made this milestone truly special. The conversations and connections throughout the evening were a reminder that, no matter the industry, people and relationships remain at the heart of meaningful work. Sharing ideas, experiences and laughter offered a refreshing counterbalance to the challenges we see in the world today.

Panel Session: “Future-fit Leaders and Organisations ~ The Burning Questions Discussion”

A highlight of the evening was our panel session, where we welcomed three of our valued partners as speakers. Together, we dug down into their burning questions:

- When I think of future fit leaders I think of Next Generation leaders with a social impact lens…what are you already doing or planning to do in this space?

- With the advent of AI and Agentic solutions how should we prepare leaders and organisations to be ready to take advantage of the opportunity?

- Future-fit leaders need courage — courage to make decisions in uncertainty and to bridge conversations between people with very different worldviews. How can leaders cultivate this kind of courage, while still protecting their own wellbeing?

Their insights provided a meaningful lens on the leadership and organisational challenges ahead.
