Celebrating our growing partnership with Insights Discovery, Global Perspectives is happy to present our first-ever Insights Open Workshop. (English)

At this workshop, you will receive your personal Insights Discovery profile report and learn how to apply the powerful Insights model to strengthen your relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your self-awareness and gain a clearer understanding of how others think, as well as to find out more about how you can leverage Insights Discovery to build stronger, more connected teams.  

What You Will Learn

The workshop is designed around three core elements:

Understand Yourself (Look Inside):
Gain a clearer understanding of your own preferences and how they manifest in the four Insights® colour energies. This covers your strengths, communication style and more.

Understand Others (Look Outside):
Learn to recognize the colour energies of those you are communicating with. 

Adapt Your Approach (Adapt):
Understand how to adjust your communication style by "dialing preferences up or down" to suit the situation and the person you are talking to. 

You will leave the workshop with one key commitment to apply your new skills and start building stronger professional relationships immediately.
