A customised three-module program introducing cross-functional teams to ESG and sustainability concepts and applications, including how they develop their skills and contribute to organisational strategy and goals. Option to include real-world projects.

What it is: Flexible, foundational program customisable to match all levels and functions.
What it does: Increase sustainability awareness and engagement in alignment with your company’s sustainability strategy and vision.
Format: Interactive online or F2F modular program. Series of compact facilitated workshops that can be delivered separately over a few weeks, or all in one day as an intensive session. Can include integrated projects and facilitated follow-up progress review sessions.
Outcomes: Increase awareness of how sustainability links to business outcomes and the impact relationship between your company, society, and the planet. Identify potential risks, obligations and opportunities specific to your industry and company. An in-depth, multi-component program for managers who are in a sustainability role.
Designed to develop the participants’ ability to engage and collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to overcome obstacles to successful sustainability strategy implementation.

What it is: In-depth multi-component program that builds sustainability leadership capacity and mindset throughout your organisation.
What it does: Develops managers’ ability to create and deliver sustainability-related strategies and initiatives.
Format: Interactive online or F2F modular program. Modules can be delivered separately over several months, or as a 3-day intensive session. Content is delivered as a combination of pre-tasks (videos/readings) and facilitated workshops. The program incorporates a peer group framework for post-program engagement & application of learning with optional project elements that can be applied in real-work scenarios.
Outcomes: Boost understanding of sustainability and sustainable leadership throughout your organisation. Improve the ability to develop, implement and follow through on strategies and initiatives related to sustainability and ESG. Gain an understanding of tools such as sustainability frameworks, ESG-related stakeholder analysis, and developing two-level action plans to move ideas into action.

Format: Seminars and workshops are tailored to your organisation and can include online, F2F, video, and experience-based formats.
Outcomes: Develop knowledge and confidence in specific aspects of sustainability to better understand how to deliver on your organisation’s strategy and ambition. Example topics are supply chain risk management, ESG reporting, ecosystem thinking, stakeholder engagement, sustainability partnerships, inclusive leadership, and building resilience for change.

What it does: Gain insights into your organisation’s sustainability-related awareness and engagement across levels, functions, and business units.
Format: User-friendly online tool that can be deployed across all organisational levels. Data collected is anonymous. Can be used as a single examination point or to map developments and improvements over time.
Outcomes: Develop a clearer understanding of sustainability awareness, mindset, and behaviours and how to develop sustainability strategies and initiatives that will positively impact business operations and future success. Get a detailed written report & debrief session with an Global Perspectives consultant to analyse the results and identify areas for action.
