“Next Gen Impact Lab”
“Next Gen Impact Lab” is a 6-month journey, in collaboration with One Young World, that takes your brightest emerging leaders from global exposure to real organisational impact.
What is One Young World?
The One Young World Summit brings together 2,000+ of the world's brightest young leaders, for four transformative days that shape global conversations on the most pressing issues of our time. This year’s summit takes place in Cape Town, South Africa (November 3rd-6th).
The GP Journey
At Global Perspectives’ we use our tried - and - tested “ACE” methodology to identify & leverage the power of the One Young World summit, and embed mindset & behavioural change. Breaking away from “business (thinking) as usual”, we encourage participants to step out of their comfort zone, think differently, and embrace challenges as opportunities for innovation.
The 6-month journey is a combination of workshops, coaching, and project work aligning with your organisation’s sustainability goals, and culminates in a live business pitch to executives.
