AIやデジタル技術による急速な変革、深刻化する気候危機、国際情勢の混乱…多様で複雑な課題が同時に押し寄せる時代。
社会を支える世代も複数に渡っており、世代間の価値観の差も小さくありません。

そんな社会で人と組織を導いていくためには「リーダーシップ論」も見直す必要があります。
