Program Report : Accelerating Action for Diversity

On Fri Sept 4th, 2026 we celebrated the completion of our first cross-company DEI Accelerator Program, with our cohort of 3 mixed-generation / gender / company teams presenting findings and recommendations following 6 months of collaborative work on tackling diversity-related challenges in the workplace.

Representing very different industries, backgrounds and generations, each team explored a "challenger question", seeking to understand root causes of issues, identify the specific behavioural shifts needed, and practical actions that can lead to sustainable positive change.

The comment below from one of the participants has captured beautifully what we at GP really believe - that there is significant value in creating cross-company collaborative learning experiences:

"Getting to hear how the different companies approached similar challenges was very insightful and I learned a lot from all the other participants in my group. Sharing and learning together was an amazing opportunity!"

We are currently gathering participant feedback and collating all the teams' findings into a report that we will share publicly.
